Folsom has lights and stays open until 9 or 10, it just depends on the time of the year.
Wednesdays from 6pm until close is bikes only and they will kick all of the skaters out.

Friday: 2:00 - 8:00pm
Saturday: 1:00 - 8:00pm
Sunday: 1:00 - 6:00pm
